Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about ordering cigarettes at CigsSpot UK
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (including Wise) and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Not sure which works best for you? Write us in the chat or send an email — we’ll find the right option.
How long does delivery take to the UK?
Delivery to the UK typically takes 7–21 days depending on the source country. All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Are your cigarettes genuine?
Yes — 100% original cigarettes produced by official manufacturers. Each pack carries genuine excise stamps. Please note that health warning labels may be in a different language as we source from licensed wholesalers across Europe and Asia.
Why are your prices so much lower than UK shops?
We source directly from countries where tobacco prices are significantly lower due to local tax structures and cost of living. By buying from wholesalers and shipping directly to you, we cut out the middlemen and pass the savings on. A pack that costs £14–16 in a UK shop can be yours for a fraction of that price.
Is it legal to buy cigarettes online and import to the UK?
Purchasing cigarettes online for personal use is legal. We have been shipping internationally since 2016. If you have any specific questions about UK import rules, feel free to contact us.
Will I have to pay customs or excise duty?
In most cases no. However, occasionally UK customs may request a fee. Even if that happens, the total cost (including any duty) typically remains well below local retail prices.
If your package is stopped at customs you have two options: pay the excise duties, or refuse the package and have it returned to us for a 70% refund or reship at your cost.
What if my order is lost or seized by customs?
If your order is returned to us, we offer two options: a 70% refund (excluding shipping cost), or a reship at your expense. If your package is seized by customs, we are unfortunately unable to reship. We recommend using your real name and address to minimise delivery issues.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No registration required — you can order as a guest. However, we recommend using your real name and delivery address to avoid any issues with Royal Mail or courier delivery.
